RESERVATION POLICIES
Reservations:
• By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the hotel’s accommodation, reservation, payment and cancellation policies.
• All prices include VAT 13% and all legal taxes, except for the accommodation tax which amounts to 2 euros per night and is charged separately by law.
General Terms:
• Earliest arrival: 15:00
• Prices are valid for stays until 11:00 the next day.
• The price of the apartment for the night (stay after 11:00 and until 18:00) will be charged reduced by 50% of the agreed price of the apartment.
• Accommodation after 18:00 obliges the client to pay the rent of the whole day.
Cancellation Policy:
• The management of the accommodation asks their customers to inform them promptly by written communication of any changes or cancellations reported to them as soon as possible.
• For cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival, there is no charge and the deposit is fully refunded.
• In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is withheld. In case of early departure, 50% of the total value of the distribution will be charged as planned, for the days canceled.
• In case of no-show there is no refund.
• In exceptional cases, the accommodation reserves the right to cancel the reservation or change, replace or withdraw the service, facility or provision without notice if necessary. In this case, the property is obliged to refund the full amount you paid for your reservation and will make every effort to accommodate you in another accommodation of at least the same category, in the same city that offers similar.
Advances and Payments:
• To confirm your reservation, you must prepay 10% of the total value of your stay, with a minimum deposit amounting to the cost of one (1) night. The deposit must be made within two (2) working days from the publication of the property’s bank account to the customer concerned (with the accommodation sending a relevant e-mail with all necessary payment details), otherwise the reservation will be canceled without further notice and the room will be released.
• Payment is made either by bank deposit, credit or debit card or cash at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable.
• The reservation is for a room type for the duration of your stay and not for a specific room.
• The property reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the credit card details are invalid.
• A copy of the deposit receipt must be sent to the accommodation (via e-mail) immediately and in any case no later than 3 days before your arrival.
Arrival - Departure:
• Upon arrival at your accommodation, you must have your ID or passport and the card with which your reservation was made.
• Unless otherwise stated in your booking, check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• The possibility of extending your departure time after 11:00 a.m. depends on hotel occupancy. In such a case, you must inform us at the latest during your stay.
• Rooms corresponding to confirmed reservations for which a deposit has been deposited or a prepaid or pre-authorized credit card will be retained until 20:00 on the day of arrival. In case of non-deposit of the deposit or pre-approval, the reservation is considered unconfirmed.
Children's Policy:
• Infants and children under 4 years stay free of charge, provided they are accommodated in their parents’ bed. A baby cot is provided free of charge.
• Each type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the property.
• Children over 4 years old and up to 12 years old have an extra charge of 50% of the adult rate.
All children staying at the accomodation must be accompanied and under the constant supervision of an adult.
Smoking Policy:
• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public indoor areas of the property.
Pet Policy:
• Our accommodation accepts pets in some apartments and only upon request. If you are travelling with pets, please let us know in advance. If we believe that your pet is causing discomfort to other people, we will ask you to leave.
Customer Behavior:
• Guests are kindly requested not to cause disruption, to behave politely and to respect others and property staff. Also, guests must comply with the rules of the property, And the property reserves the right to deny access or evict at any time.
Damage to the room:
• In case of intentional, fraudulent or negligent damage to a room or other property, the property reserves the right to charge the amount of damage suffered, including damage due to business interruption, to the customer’s credit/debit card.
• In cases where the guest has not paid by credit card but by cash or other means, the accommodation will demand immediate payment of the amount of damage suffered by the customer, otherwise it reserves all its legal rights.
Personal Data:
• All personal data is also stored by the property in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Force Majeure:
• The accommodation bears no responsibility in case it cannot fulfill its obligations to the customer, in whole or in part, due to cases of force majeure (indicatively strikes, fires, terrorist acts, floods, civil unrest or natural disasters).
Limitation of Liability:
• Each customer is responsible throughout his stay at the accommodation for the safekeeping of personal and/or valuables, money, etc. in a safe place. The accommodation is not responsible for its loss or damage. For other items that each guest brings to the accommodation, the property is exempt from any liability if the damage or loss is due to the negligence of the guest or other persons staying with him. Also, the hotel is not responsible if the damage, destruction or loss is due to force majeure (earthquake, fire, etc.).
Accuracy of Information:
• The client accepts that the property has made every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the information in its brochures, advertisements and website and acknowledges that what is depicted may differ slightly from reality and that this is due to technical image processing.
